I totally agree. The few times that I have disregarded those intuitive feelings, I have regretted it. Most recently, I took a run on a ski hill although my “gut” said NO. My skis grabbed a rock, I fell and broke my leg.

Thank you for a great article. I agree that with you that paying attention to our intuition is important and really works! I listen to my intuition all the time and it has helped me a lot through my life. Everyone has it – it’s just do we know how to listen? Thanks again and keep reminding us that intuition is a great guide in our lives.
