The best way to ensure that you look and feel good is to find out what your goal weight is, whether that means putting on some weight or taking it off.

6. Watch Your Wardrobe

This means that there is less pressure on the parts of your body that are further from the heart, like the legs. Sit with your back straight and don’t cross your legs or ankles to make sure the blood can flow at full capability.

Many women are unaware that their birth control may be causing their varicose veins to increase over time. Studies have shown that birth control methods that have higher levels of estrogen alter the circulatory valve functioning in the body. Ask your doctor about switching to a different method that is just as effective for your specific needs.
